The SEWSCAP Collaborative Construction Framework has been running for the last 12 years with the last 4 being administered by the Council Commissioning and Procurement Team. The current framework is coming to the end of its duration and the next 4 year arrangement needs to be tendered. The council is the largest of the 16 Local Authorities users by spend being the procurement route for the 21st Century (now called) Schools Programme.
