Appendix 3 to this report is exempt from publication pursuant to Paragraph 16 of Part 4 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972
Agreed: that approval be given to the continuation of the
ongoing contractual arrangement with SAP for the provision of
Enterprise Support in respect of SAP software, which contract shall
be for an indefinite term (which term can be terminated on notice)
as more particularly detailed in the body of the report
