03/08/2020 - Agreement for Wates Residential to progress onto phase 2/3 of the Cardiff Living development programme. Including approval of changes to the Development Agreement and its schedules and the updated JCT 2016 D&B build contract with amendments.

AGREED: that

 

(i)    Approval be given for Wates Residential to progress onto phase 2/3 of the Cardiff Living development programme identified under the Development Agreement.

(ii)   changes to the Development Agreement and its schedules and the updated JCT 2016 D&B build contract with amendments as set out in this report be approved.
