Agreed: that, subject to there being no successful application as set out in paragraph 15 of the report, Alun Griffiths (Contractors) Ltd.be appointed as principal contractor to carry out the construction of the Cycle Superhighway at Senghennydd Road under the South East Wales Framework Lot 9. The value of contract is £1,192,112.10 and the anticipated start date is 18th March 2019.
