Eitem Agenda

RESOLVED: that

a)    authority be delegated to the Director of Economic Development, in consultation with the Leader of the Council, the Chief Executive, the Section 151 Officer and the Monitoring Officer to conclude a Service Level Agreement with relation to City Centre Management on the basis of the draft agreement set out in Appendix A.

b)    authority be delegated to the Section 151 Officer in consultation with the Leader of the Council, the Chief Executive, the Director of Economic Development and the Monitoring Officer to approve an advance to the BID company on the basis that any advance would be repaid through levy collection and paid within the current financial year and based on the principles established in this report.

c)    the Leader of the Council be nominated in addition to the Director of Economic Development as BID Board Members.

Derbyniodd y Cabinet adroddiad yn amlinellu'r datblygiadau mewn perthynas â chynigion Ardal Gwella Busnes Caerdydd (AGB).  Roedd yr adroddiad yn manylu ar gytundeb Lefel Gwasanaeth ar gyfer tîm Rheoli Canol y Ddinas, blaendal i gefnogi gweithgareddau cychwynnol yr AGB ac enwebiadau y cytunwyd arnynt i’r Bwrdd AGB.

PENDERFYNWYD:

a)    y dylid dirprwyo awdurdod i’r Cyfarwyddwr Datblygu Economaidd, ar y cyd ag Arweinydd y Cyngor, y Prif Weithredwr, Swyddog Adran 151 a’r Swyddog Monitro i gwblhau Cytundeb Lefel Gwasanaeth mewn perthynas â Rheoli Canol y Ddinas ar sail y cytundeb drafft yn Atodiad A.

b)    y dylid dirprwyo awdurdod i Swyddog Adran 151 ar y cyd ag Arweinydd y Cyngor, y Prif Weithredwr, y Cyfarwyddwr Datblygu Economaidd a’r Swyddog Monitro i drafod blaendal i’r cwmni Ardal Gwella Busnes ar y sail y caiff unrhyw flaendal ei ad-dalu trwy gasglu ardoll a'i dalu yn ystod y flwyddyn ariannol bresennol ac ar sail yr egwyddorion a sefydlwyd yn yr adroddiad hwn.

c)    y bydd Arweinydd y Cyngor, ynghyd â Chyfarwyddwr Datblygu Economaidd, yn cael eu henwebu fel Aelodau Bwrdd AGC.
