Since the 30th of
March 2016 all Local Authorities have a statutory duty under
section 44 of the Welsh Language [Wales] Measure 2011 to comply
with new ‘Welsh language standards’.
The City of Cardiff Council is under a duty to comply with standards relating to producing and publishing an Annual Report.
This will be the second annual report produced under the Welsh language standards.
