Appendixes A and B to the report are not for publication as they contain exempt information of the description in Appendix B of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972

Agreed: that

1.   the shortlisted bidders be approved following the evaluation of the submissions at the Selection Stage of the procurement process (pre-qualification questionnaires) identified in Appendix A to the report; and

2.   the draft  Invitation to Tender (ITT) attached  at Appendix B to the report be approved (including the evaluation criteria, lotting and allocation strategy and draft terms and conditions and schedules) upon the understanding that the Project Team may make minor amendments to the draft Invitation to Tender provided that the substance of the same does not materially alter; and

3.   the issue to the Shortlisted Bidders of the ITT be approved.

The appendix to this report is exempt from publication because it contains information of the kind described in paragraphs 14 and 21 of parts 4 and 5 of Schedule 12 A to the Local Government Act 1972

Agreed: that United Living Group Limited be appointed as the contractor and a JCT 2016 Design & Build contract be entered into to build 16 new council homes at Caldicot Road, Caerau

Agreed: that

1.    the ‘Open’ Procedure be followed (rather than the ‘Restricted’ procedure previously proposed); 

2.    the identified updated timescale for the Procurement of Framework B be approved, and

3.    the commencement of the procurement process be approved by issuing procurement documents.
