Agreed: that approval be given to the selection of contractors on the Framework for Asbestos Services. Evaluation for the four Lots was based on Pricing 50% Quality 40% and Social Value of 10% split. It will be for a two-year arrangement plus 2 x 12 month extension available. All submissions will be checked to confirm compliance with specifications and in line with tender requirements.
