04/08/2022 - Commencement of Procurement of a New Framework for the Maintenance of the Council's Non-Domestic Property Estate

Agreed: that approval be given to

 

1.  The PQQ documentation;

 

2.  The draft tender documentation;

 

3. The evaluation criteria in paragraphs 3 and 10 (below) and use of ‘Restricted’ procurement procedure be followed, and

 

4. The commencement of the procurement process by issuing the Find a    Service Tender Notice and Sell2Wales as detailed in the report
