Agree on behalf of the Council to Cardiff Heat Network Ltd entering in to agreements necessary to implement Phase 1 of the Cardiff Heat Network project
Agree:that
agreement be given, on behalf of the Council, as the sole
shareholder, to the Cardiff Heat Network Ltd entering to agreements
set out in this report to implement the project.
