17/11/2020 - Homelessness - Continued Response to the Pandemic and Delivering the Future Model (Arrangements for Adams Court and Bailey Court) - Capital

AGREED: that

 

1.     the arrangements for receiving and distributing the Welsh Government capital grant for the new supported housing facility at Adams Court and Baileys Court as set out in the report be agreed

 

2.     the Assistant Director (Housing and Communities) be authorised to finalise an agreement for works with United Welsh to fund by the Welsh Government capital grant.
