RESOLVED: that
1. the Corporate Plan 2020-23 be approved for consideration by Council on 27 February 2020;
2. Council be recommended to delegated authority to the Chief Executive, in consultation with the Leader of the Council, to make any consequential amendments to the Corporate Plan 2020-23 (Appendix A) following consideration by Council on 27 February 2020 and prior to publication by 1 April 2020
