3a.       Corporate Plan and Budgetary Overview 2017/18 (including consultation responses) (14.30pm)

(i)         Cllr Bale (Leader, Economic Development and Partnerships) and Cllr Hinchey (Cabinet Member – Corporate Services and Performance) will be in attendance and will be invited to make a statement. Christine Salter (Section 151 Officer, Corporate Director – Resources), Joe Reay and Gareth Newell will provide a short presentation giving a corporate overview of the 2017/18 Budget Proposals.

3b.       Economic Development and Partnerships Portfolio       (15.15pm)

(i)         Councillor Phil Bale (Leader, Economic Development and Partnerships) will be invited to make a statement on the relevant budget proposals and linkages to the Corporate Plan.

(ii)        Cllr Bale (Leader, Economic Development and Partnerships) and Sarah McGill (Director of Communities, Housing and Customer Services) to answer Members’ Questions in relation to the draft budget proposals.

3c.       Community Development, Co-operatives and Social Enterprise Portfolio (15.30pm)

(i)         Councillor Peter Bradbury (Cabinet Member - Community Development, Co-operatives & Social Enterprise) will be invited to make a statement on the relevant budget proposals and linkages to the Corporate Plan.

(ii)        Cllr Bradbury, Sarah McGill (Director of Communities, Housing and Customer Services), Jane Thomas (Assistant Director Communities and Housing) to answer Members’ Questions in relation to the draft budget proposals.

3d.       Health, Housing and Well Being Portfolio (15.45pm)

(i)         Councillor Susan Elsmore (Cabinet Member - Health, Housing and Well Being) will be invited to make a statement on the relevant Communities, Housing and Social Services (Adults) budget proposals and linkages to the Corporate Plan.

(ii)        Sarah McGill (Director of Communities, Housing and Customer Services), and Jane Thomas (Assistant Director Communities and Housing) to give a presentation on the budgetary proposals and linkages to the Corporate Plan.

(iii)       Members’ Questions

(iv)     Tony Young (Director of Social Services), and Amanda Phillips 

          (Assistant Director Adult Social Services) to give a presentation

          on the budgetary proposals and linkages to the Corporate Plan.

3e.       Skills, Safety, Engagement and Democracy Portfolio                 (17.00pm)

(i)         Councillor Dan De’Ath (Cabinet Member –Skills, Safety, Engagement and Democracy) to be invited to make a statement on the relevant budget proposals and linkages to the Corporate Plan.

(ii)        Cllr De’Ath, Sarah McGill (Director of Communities, Housing and Customer Services) and Dave Holland (Head of Shared Regulatory Services) to answer Members Questions in relation to the draft budget proposals.
