Report of the Interim Monitoring Officer.

Members are to affirm their commitment to the principles in the Cardiff Undertaking and adopted and sign up to an additional commitment to safeguard and promote the life chances of children looked after by the Council and diligently discharge their responsibilities as Corporate Parent of those children.
