(a)      Councillor Michael Michael, Cabinet Member for Clean Streets, Recycling & Environment has been invited to attend the meeting and make a brief statement on the item titled ‘Coastal Risk Management Programme’ (if he wishes);

(b)      Officers from the City Operations Directorate have been invited to attend, deliver a short verbal summary on the Cabinet proposal titled ‘Coastal Risk Management Programme’ and answer Member questions;

(c)       Questions by members of the Committee.
