This report deals with the award stage of the procurement for the Framework for Repairs & Maintenance to Domestic Vacant Properties.

Agreed: that

1.    the outcome of the evaluation process as set out in Appendix A in terms of the bidders ranking be noted

2.    officers be instructed to inform those parties that tendered in this matter (as well as those who expressed an interest in this matter) of the outcome of the evaluation process and proposed way forward (as detailed in this report).

3.    Subject to the satisfactory conclusion of the standstill period, to agreement be given to formally conclude a Framework Agreement with the organisations highlighted in Appendix A.

To appoint two contractors to a framework to deliver repairs & maintenance to domestic vacant properties for a period of 2 years from January 2022 with the option to extend for a further 2 years.
