Agreed: that the proposed changes to the current Assisted Home Ownership (AHO) Scheme be introduced and the scheme be renamed First Homes Cardiff and the policy for nomination of properties through the scheme be updated
To update the Assisted Home Ownership (AHO) scheme to make it more relevant to the current housing market, to rename it First Homes Cardiff, and expand the eligibility criteria to allow more people to potentially benefit from this scheme and to allow greater flexibility when nominating to properties.
