ii) the Council be authorised to enter into the varied Memorandum of Understanding
to approve amendments to the Memorandum of Understanding currently in place with all Welsh Local Authorities pursuant to the Council’s designation as Single Licensing Authority; to reflect changes required to reflect the benefit of experience and the extended role the SLA can play in securing improvements to the private rented sector across Wales
