Agreed: that an Additional Governor (Mrs Shashikala Mansfield) be appointed to the governing body of St Peter's RC Primary School pursuant to Section 6 of the School Standards and Organisation (Wales) Act
That, pursuant to the SSOW Act 2013, one or more of the statutory grounds for intervention by the Council exist, and the exercise of one or more of the Council's powers of intervention is necessary in order to address the concerns and secure improvement. Three additional governors were appointed in January 2019, however one of these governors resigned from the role earlier this year due to personal commitments.
