Reasons for the decision:

To enable the Council to put arrangements in place to appoint a principal contractor to carry out the construction of the proposed Cycle Super Highway at Senghennydd Rd, should the Council decide to proceed with the scheme, following the carrying out of statutory processes for the making of related road traffic orders, (which process involves the right to objection and therefore may mean that the proposals for the construction of the Cycle Superhighway at Senghennydd Road, may or may not proceed).
