Appendix A to the report is not for publication as it contains exempt information of the description in paragraph 14 part 4 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 and in all the circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information (paragraph 21 of part 5 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972).

AGREED: that

1.   those organisations identified in Appendix A as being shortlisted and eligible to be taken forward to the next stage of the procurement process be invited to tender.

2.   the invitation to tender documentation, including the evaluation criteria, draft framework agreement and schedules be approved and issued to those organisations identified in Appendix A.

To continue the process to enable appoint contractors to the South East Wales Highways and Civil Engineering Framework, hosted by Cardiff Council, to maintain a compliant procurement route for Highways and Civils projects third party spend, for a period of four (4) years from January 2023 – December 2026.
