Agreed: that J G Hale Construction be appointed as the contractor and agreement be given to enter into a JCT 2016 Design & Build Contract with standard Council amendments, to develop 20 new council homes on Iorwerth Jones Centre, Llanishen a council owned development site with planning permission.
J G Hale Construction Limited has been identified as the preferred contractor following an open procurement through Sell2Wales and in accordance with the scoring matrix J G Hale ranked the highest. The development scheme will be delivered through the council’s new council house building programme.
