1. the proposed procurement route be authorised and approval be given to invite tenders via the SEWSCAP 3 Lot 7 Framework Agreement in order to procure a contractor to construct a replacement early years unit and new flying start unit with community room and crèche provision, plus a Specialist Resource Base for 20 pupils.
2. the evaluation criteria set out in the report be approved
