Agreed: that Hales Construction be appointed as the contractor and a JCT 2016 Design & Build Contract be entered into build 13 new council homes at Wakehurst Place, Trowbridge.
To appoint Hale Construction Limited as the contractor to develop 13 new council homes on a council owned development site with planning permission already in place. The procurement was via an open procedure through Sell2Wales. The development scheme will be delivered through the council’s new council house building programme and will help achieve its target of delivering 1,000 new council homes by 2022.
