The council have completed the procurement exercise via the NPS framework. For the purpose of continuous improvement and best value, waste management should proceed to appoint JPK Trade Supplies Ltd.
JPK Trade Supplies Ltd have provided the most economically advantageous bid. This award allows the council to continue provision of polythene bags to the public allowing participation in the councils recycling collection service.
