AGREED: that
1. The Council dispose of its freehold interest in 30 – 36 Fishguard Road, Llanishen, Cardiff.
2. the works to adopt the existing footpath under the Councils framework agreements be undertaken
The Council will receive a capital receipt for the sale of its freehold interest.
The disposal will alleviate the Council of its maintenance liability.
