Appendix A (CFT Evaluation Criteria and Weightings), Appendix B (Legal Advice) and Appendix C (Contract Documents) to this report are not for publication as they contain exempt information of the description in paragraph 14 (Information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person (including the authority holding that information)) and paragraph 16 (Information in respect of which a claim to legal professional privilege could be maintained in legal proceedings) of Part 4 of schedule 12A and paragraph 21 of Part 5 of the Local Government Act 1972.

AGREED: that

1.   the outcome of the Invitation to Continue in Dialogue (ITCD) stage and the changes to the programme timetable be noted

2.   that officers end the Invitation to Continue in Dialogue (ITCD) stage and invite preferred bidders to submit their final tender (CFT)

3.   the final CFT evaluation criteria and weightings for evaluating final tenders as set out in Appendix A to the report be approved

To allow the Competitive Dialogue Arena procurement process to progress in order to select a preferred bidder ahead of the Cabinet meeting scheduled for Thursday 22nd October  2020.
