AGREED: that it be noted and agreed that financial relief, in the form of a payment, has been made to Cardiff City Transport Services to provide reclaimable working capital support, to deal with short term issues faced as a result of the existential impact of COVID 19, in the sum of and for the reasons detailed in the body of the report.

·         An emergency response as part of the COVID 19 Pandemic and issues faced by  Cardiff  Bus

·         To protect Bus Public Transport provision in Cardiff

·         To allow sufficient certainty for the next two months for the company to participate in any new support packages for the Bus industry that may be implemented by Welsh Government (WG) and as further detailed in the body of the report
