Agreed: that a direct contract award be made to CTM Travel through the Crown Commercial Services Public Sector Travel and Venue Solutions framework, for the provision of Cardiff Councils Business Travel and Accommodation services for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for an additional 12 months.
The reason for the recommended decision is to ensure the provision of Business Travel and Accommodation services is available and a continuity of services for the Council’s internal stakeholders. As of April 2020 we will be out of contract and this award is required to ensure compliance with the EU Procurement Regulations along with Council own Contract Standing Order rules.
