Agreed: that Sure Maintenance be awarded a contract to deliver central heating installations and insulation measures in private rented homes across Wales.
Cabinet considered the role Rent Smart Wales plays in the delivery of improvements to the private rented property across Wales on the 19th December 2019. Approval was given to extend the scope and enter a funding agreement to deliver central heating systems across Wales. A procurement exercise has since been completed in accordance with the Council’s Financial and Procedure rules.
