RESOLVED: that
· the sites, known as part of the former Waungron Road Household Waste Recycling Centre (HWRC) & former STAR Leisure Centre, identified in this Report are appropriated to use for housing purposes under Part II of the Housing Act 1985 to the intent that the site shall be held under the Council’s Housing Revenue Account (HRA) rather than its General Fund.
· The site known as part of 35 Lawrenny Avenue to be appropriated for Education purposes for use as part of the new Fitzalan High School development rather than Housing
To allow the sites, known as part of the former Waungron Road Household Waste Recycling Centre (HWRC) & former STAR Leisure Centre, to be included in the People & Communities Directorate’s New Build Housing Programmes.
To allow the site, known as part of 35 Lawrenny Avenue, to be included in the development of the new Fitzalan High School
