Appendix A (Tender Evaluation Summary) to this report is not for publication as it contains exempt information of the description in paragraph 14 information relating to the financial or business affairs of any particular person including the authority of Part 4 of schedule 12A and paragraph 21 of Part 5 of the Local Government Act 1972.

AGREED: that

1.   the outcome of the evaluation process as set out in Appendix A to the report with respect to the ranking of the bidders for each Lot be noted

2.   officers be instructed to inform the bidders of the outcome of the evaluation process and proposed way forward (as detailed in the report);

3.   contracts be awarded to the successful bidders for each Lot as detailed in this report, and

4.   The Director of Governance and Legal Services be authorised to complete formal contracts with the successful bidders as detailed in this report

To complete the process to enable the Council to appoint contractors to the proposed Framework 'A' for the maintenance of the Council's non domestic building estate for a proposed period of 3 years from 1 April 2019, with the option to extend for a further 1 year.
