·        Cllr Elsmore positive outcomes in report; progress being made.  CASSC scrutiny probing and challenging Cabinet Member and Director; improvement in budget management and controls; benefitting from Challenge Forum opportunities and outcomes

·        Cllr Lent  - emphasising all round picture and progress - support to carers and young carers ; good progress in assessments; the priority on safeguarding vulnerable children and adults; looking at all partnership opportunities; reviewing Social workers pay grades; remodelling services; morale good and agency employees keen to work in Cardiff.
