The report will bring forward proposals for the development of an Independent Living and Wellbeing Centre (to include new warehouse facilities for Joint Equipment service, a new smart house and multi-agency hub). This is in line with Cardiff’s Ageing Well Strategy. The report will set out the details of the proposal and business case for the new building. |
