The Welsh Government has produced a Bus Bill White Paper “One network, one timetable, one ticket: planning buses as a public service for Wales” which seeks to establish a new policy environment for the funding and delivery of bus services.  The white paper proposes legislative change which would affect the current role of the Council in the delivery of bus services.  The public consultation opened on 31st March 2022 and closes on 24th June 2022.  This report seeks Cabinet approval to respond to the consultation and sets out a suggested draft response.
