To provide a briefing to Cabinet of the Full Business Case, final costs, project risks and mitigations. This will include:

  • Tender evaluation criteria and results.
  • Approval process / consents to enable the scheme to be delivered.
  • Tendered construction costs for the coastal defence improvements, including Welsh Government funding.
  • Details of the design and methodology for delivery of the coastal defence improvements.
