To obtain Cabinet authority for Cardiff’s Final Smart City Roadmap to be approved.
Cardiff Council’s draft Smart City Roadmap was published in December 2019 and the consultation period ended in March 2020, which coincided with the COVID-19 public health measures.
The Roadmap has been re-written to take into account the feedback from the consultation and the effects of the pandemic.
Cardiff’s Smart City Roadmap is closely aligned with the outcomes from published Council plans and strategies such as the Capital Ambition, City Recovery Strategy, Digital Strategy and Transport Strategy. It has been designed to add value and ‘bridge gaps’ to existing service provision.
