The Council proceed with entering into a Turnkey Package Deal with Willowmead Holdings Ltd for the development of 31 flats at Loundon Square, Butetown, Cardiff, CF10 5JB for the purpose of new Council houses.
The contract will be on the basis of an agreed lump sum payable on practical completion and handover.
