Recommissioning of Domiciliary Care and Sessional Support Services
The cabinet report dated; 20th September 2018 sought approval of an outcome focused locality approach to Domiciliary Care Services.
IPC will support Cardiff council to engage with the market including engagement with various departments (whole system) to develop a more improved, robust, flexible innovative service that meets a range of needs for adults and children in receipt of care and support.
The service model will be designed to take into account the other interdependencies that the council is working through which includes CRT, and strengthen based approach.
Alongside the service specification will be a set out outcomes for citizens with key performance indicators and a set of quality standards.
