The report sets out details of the two funding models available for the programme - Capital and Mutual Investment Model (MIM).
The Welsh Government have recently confirmed details of the intervention rates for each funding option. The rates for both models are different to those at the time of submission and this change would have an impact on Cardiff's programme. In view of the revised intervention rates, the Welsh Government have asked Local Authorities to reconsider their position in relation to schemes delivered via MIM.
