Changes to legislation means the Council needs
to have a
1 Policy Statement relating to the use of Public Space Protection
Orders. This new legislation supports widening enforcement powers
to remove antisocial behaviours, in order to deliver a safer,
cleaner and more sustainable environment across Cardiff.
