The Council's current Capital Programme
includes an Invest to Save allocation for the development of a
Solar farm at Lam by Way Waste site. This allocation is subject to
the approval of a detailed business case for the scheme. This
report will set out the business case and proposes a plan of
actions to deliver the scheme.
