The council has an opportunity to enter into a 'land deal' with Cadwyn Housing Association (known as. a Package Deal) for the construction and delivery of 50 flats on the former Walters Buildings, Clarence Road, Butetown for an agreed price.
Cadwyn are seeking an 'in-principle' agreement that the Council will enter into a Package Deal for the development subject to Heads of Terms being agreed.
