Agreed: that the Council purchase land of 0.486 acres, being the cleared site of the former Brandon Tool Hire showroom & warehouse at 151 Bute Street, Butetown, Cardiff, CF10 5HQ, at a price confirmed by the independent valuation as outlined in the attached report (Appendix 2 confidential- not for publication) and on terms agreed by the Head of Property, Strategic Estates, and OM Principal Solicitor, Legal Services.

i.  The calling off of an existing third party framework, NPS Temporary Workers & Supply Teachers NPS – PSU – 0088 - 18 via the Direct Award route; and

ii.Award a contract for Matrix SCM Limited for a term of one (1) year from the 1st October 2020 until 31st September 2021.

1.authorisation be given to Direct Award 11 contracts for Flying Start Childcare places for 3 years with the option to extend for 1 year and then a further year.  The total annual value of the contracts is £514,605 and contracts would commence on 1st April 2021.

 

2.   authorisation be given to Direct Award 1 contract for Flying Start Childcare places until 15th April, 2022.  The annual value of this contracts is £141,960 and contracts would commence on 1st April 2021.
