Agreed: that

1. The tendering process commences for the Design, Supply, Installation and Maintenance of equipment and infrastructure for the Control and Management of traffic and related services;

2. The FTS notice is issued to formally commence the procurement; and

3. The proposed overarching evaluation criteria is cost 70% quality 25% Social 5%.
