RESOLVED: that Council be recommended
to
- approve
the draft Review Report and draft Delivery Agreement for the
purposes of consultation
- agree that a
further report be taken to Council in March 2021 with the findings
of the consultation processes and recommendation(s) on the proposed
way forward.
