Appendix 1 to this report is exempt from publication pursuant to the provisions of Schedule 12A Part 4 paragraph 16 of the Local Government Act 1972

RESOLVED:that

1)  the content of the report be noted;

2)  the proposed commissioning strategy for the Non Domestic Building Maintenance Framework be approved;

3)  authority be delegated to the Director of Economic Development, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Investment and Development, the Section 151 Officer and the Director of Governance and Legal Services, to deal with all aspects of the procurement relating to the Non Domestic Building Maintenance Framework, including setting the contract evaluation criteria and the award of contracts.

4)  authority be delegated to the Director of Economic Development in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Investment and Development, the Section 151 Officer and the Director of Governance and Legal Services, to make the interim contractual arrangements necessary for the continuation of service until the new contracts are in place.

Roedd y Cabinet yn ystyried adrodd i geisio cymeradwyaeth i gomisiynu fframwaith cynnal a chadw adeiladau newydd ar gyfer ystâd eiddo y Cyngor. Cynigiwyd y câi tîm mewnol gwell ei ddatblygu a fframwaith gwell er mwyn cynnal a chadw adeiladau eu comisiynu.

PENDERFYNWYD:

1)         Y câi cynnwys yr adroddiad ei nodi;

2)         Y cymeradwyir y strategaeth gomisiynu arfaethedig ar gyfer y Fframwaith Cynnal a Chadw Adeiladau Annomestig;

3)         y câi awdurdod ei ddirprwyo i Gyfarwyddwr Datblygu Economaidd, mewn ymgynghoriad â'r Aelod Cabinet dros Fuddsoddi a Datblygu, y Swyddog 151 a’r Cyfarwyddwr Llywodraethu a Gwasanaethau Cyfreithiol, er mwyn ymdrin â phob agwedd ar gaffael sy'n perthyn i'r Fframwaith Cynnal a Chadw Adeiladau Annomestig, gan gynnwys gosod y meini prawf arfarnu contractau a dyfarnu contractau.                                                                         

4)         Caiff awdurdod ei ddirprwyo i Gyfarwyddwr Datblygu Economaidd mewn ymgynghoriad â’r Aelod Cabinet dros Fuddsoddi a Datblygu, y Swyddog Adran 151 a Chyfarwyddwr Llywodraethu a Gwasanaethau Cyfreithiol, i wneud y trefniadau cytundebol dros dro sydd eu hangen er mwyn parhau â’r gwasanaeth nes bod y contractau newydd ar waith.
