The appendix  to this report contains information which is exempt from publication pursuant  to  paragraphs 14 (information relating to financial or business affairs) and 21 (public interest test) of Parts 4 and 5 of Schedule 12A Local Government Act 1972 (as amended).  In the circumstances Members of the Public will be excluded from the meeting during consideration of this item.
