(a)     Councillor Ramesh Patel, Cabinet Member for Transport, Planning & Sustainability to make a statement on the item titled ‘Planning Service – Member Update’ (if he wishes).

(b)     Councillor Michael Michael, Chair of Cardiff’s Planning Committee to make a statement on the item titled ‘Planning Service – Member Update’ (if he wishes). 

(c)     An officer from the City Operations Directorate to deliver a presentation based on the item titled ‘Planning Service – Member Update’.

(d)     Councillor Patel, Councillor Michael and an officer(s) from the City Operations Directorate will be available to answer Member questions.
