An item for the Committee to discuss the content of the report due to be presented to Cabinet titled ‘Housing Retrofit – Local Authority Flexible Eligibility for Eco’. This report aims to approve and publish a “Statement of Intent” for the Council to use the Government’s “Local Authority Flexible Eligibility for ECO”, so that fuel poor households from the Rent Smart Wales Warm Homes Fund project, and potential future projects of a similar nature, can benefit from additional private sector funding to improve their homes.
